5. Abstract Registration
Sorry, the Registration form is written in Japanese. If there is a Japanese person near you, please ask him or her to advise you on how to register. Please fill in the abstract title, authors, and affiliation in English in the "Japanese" section as well, since they are required fields. On the other hand, abstracts need only be written in English. Abstracts for oral and poster presentations should be written in English (200 words or less), and abstracts for symposia and workshops should be written in English (300 words or less).

※ The conference proceedings will be published as a [pdf downloadable version] from the website. Please download and print it by yourself if necessary.

6. Request for Questionnaire
The Genetics Society of Japan has been a member of the Liaison Committee of Gender-Equal Academic Societies and has cooperated with the survey on the current level of activities of female researchers in academic societies. In addition, since 2010, we have conducted a survey to investigate trends as an academic society from the viewpoint of human resource activities, and we appreciate your cooperation.
We will continue to conduct a brief survey at this convention. It will take only a few minutes to complete, but it is optional, so please answer as many questions as you can.
Responses will be processed statistically and will not be used as personally identifiable information. We appreciate your cooperation in filling out this survey.

7. Support for Convention Participation
The Genetics Society of Japan has established a conference participation support system to support gender equality and to increase the participation of student members. Please check this page for details of each program.
